Has your tumor been tested and confirmed to have IL13Ralpha2 expression by immunohistochemistry?

This trial uses gene-modified immune cells that specifically target IL13Ralpha2 on tumor cells. Your tumor must have this marker present for the treatment to work. This requires a specific lab test on your tumor tissue.

Confirmed IL13Ralpha2 tumor expression by immunohistochemistry (H-Score >= 50 in at least 10% of tumor specimen and in at least two high-power fields)
