Did you participate in the AU-011-301 (CoMpass) clinical trial and receive either bel-sar treatment or sham (placebo) treatment?

This is a long-term follow-up study that only includes people who already completed the original AU-011-301 trial. You must have been a participant in that trial and received either the active treatment (bel-sar) or the placebo control to be eligible.
